Sasha is a hair specialist with over 27 years of experience in balayage, corrective coloring, and detailed design cuts. As a specialist in curly hair, she trained in Manhattan, NY in the Ouidad Carve and Slice method.
As a local educator and lead stylist for her team, she shares her passion for styling hair and creating perfect shapes, colors and movement for each individual. Sasha’s passion is to deliver exceptional hairdressing and hair services, with in depth consultations, which sets her apart as a master of hair. Sasha views hair as a form of sculpture-each individual shape deserving thoughtful attention to color, form and tone. Her approach combines creativity with practicality, always aiming to craft looks that not only enhance your features but also suit your lifestyle. She is passionate about educating her clients and ensuring their hair is effortlessly wearable, easily styled and uniquely their own.
In addition she is also specialist in extensions for thickening and lengthening which include Hair Dreams, Hot Heads, and other hand bonding systems.

A graduate from the esteemed Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty she has a strong passion for balayage, foils and the playful fashion colors. Her versatile skill set ranges from precisionshort cuts to long flowing layers-always tailored to bring out the best in each client’s style.

Erina is a Seattle native and is hardworking and compassionate.Erina has trained under our lead stylists and assisted Sasha directly for over a year, developing strong skills in both cutting and coloring. She is quick to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about continually growing in her craft. Her dedication and fresh perspective make her a wonderful addition to our team.

As our Front Desk Manager she keeps the stylists and client appointments running smooth. As a fiery, kind hearted Aries, she is full of life and enjoys an adventure. With a background in esthetics she thrives in the beauty world and is passionate about helping others feel confident in their body. On the weekends she runs her own show as a Sugarist in Lake Forest Park. She is a homebody to the core, loves reading and is a sucker or playing video games.
